02 / EXAM INTEGRITY

Two groups? Keep them fully separated.

Mandatory for schools whose computer lab cannot seat all students of a level simultaneously and must split them into two batches during the same 40-minute window.

Required isolation protocol

01
Isolate before the window

Gather both batches in a supervised waiting room at least 15 minutes before their level begins.

02
Enforce a no-phone zone

Collect phones and smart devices before students enter the waiting room; maintain strict supervision.

03
Seat the first batch

Move the first batch from the supervised waiting area into the lab. Each student has a 20-minute exam; both batches must finish within their level’s 40-minute window.

04
Zero contact on exit

The first batch must leave through a separate route, with no visual, verbal or sign-based contact with the waiting batch.

05
Begin batch two immediately

Bring the second batch into the lab at once and complete the test before the window closes.

03 / ZOOM PROCTORING

Camera placement & supervision.

Use these original reference images from the official guide. Zoom monitoring must cover the exam while protecting the integrity of each session.
